A getaway from the smoky and dusty air, the over crowded city walks, noisy surroundings and tons of never ending paper works on your work place - this is the most precious dream of all of us -stressed beings of this universe that one way or another, quite unreachable for many. Being part of this populace, I together with my Shang buddies, Ruru and TR, planned the most convenient way to make this dream of escaping from our day to day reality came to life by enjoying in the Nirvana we discovered near the world dominated of stress- the Wensha Spa!

This paradise is situated in Macapagal Highway, CCP Complex, Buendia
Manila, a few minutes drive away from SM MOA, a perfect location considering it's proximity to our place.

The alluring smell of the fresh grass welcomed us as we step-out of the car signaling that we will enjoy our stay in the spa. The first thing we checked as we arrived at the reception area was the bulletin where the services and prices were listed. The prices range from Php 500-1000+++, which is not bad considering that for your 6 hours max stay this includes unlimited access to all their facilities like the hot pool/Jacuzzi area, sauna, and shower room, and the best of all, they also offer an eat all you-can buffet, included in the package you'll avail.

We decided to avail the Full body massage service worth Php 680, this is to pamper our selves with those soothing stress healing touches perfect for our over-worked bodies. The first thing we do as we got in was to indulge into the appetizing food they serve. They have lots of good eats around including Shabu-shabu hot-pot style (Our favorite), pasta, pinoy dishes, a choice between bottomless iced-tea or orange juice and gallons of ice cream available in the classic Mango, Chocolate and Ube flavor. Even though we pigged out while amusing our stomachs with the Wensha food delights, we made sure that we just got enough amount of food for us, because the spa is implementing a strict no left over's policy unless you would like to pay Php 300, and Php 60 for the drinks. After fulfilling our desire to stuff our selves with the energy giving food, we decided to change and be ready to get the best massage experience. Ruru have to go separate ways with us, and venture to the wensha experience alone.

The massage was amazingly great, it was the most pampering experience I had, ever since I started working! Tr shared the same experience with me so as Ruru, as he gave his full affirmation to the amazing service wensha gave to us.

The over-all experience was great, it's worth our time and money. The service was excellent given that the crew were at all smiles all the time, that made us feel that they are really happy to be at service to us. Also the interiors of the place was good enough maybe not as an eye candy for us, but just enough to give the customers the relaxing feel, for the contemporary Asian interiors and lightings is value added to give the serene feeling to the people staying in it. The facilities were maintained properly and enough to accommodate the crowd that day. The only bad experience we had was we were uncomfortable with the robes that we got since, they ran out of stocks for our sizes, however that feeling was over powered by the great experience we had.

The Wensha gimmick is really unforgettable, perfect for everyone who wants to escape the real world for a moment. Ideal for friends, family, couples, gay couples, any nationality -local or foreign. It's a gimmick to remember and we'll definitely be back for more.



*just remembered, please prepare your selves for extreme nudity, no clothes allowed especially when you'll use the hot pool facility, don't worry there are separate area for the gents and women. =) and forgive us, we can't show you any pics for this, picture taking inside is a mortal sin to commit while staying in Wensha. =(
